Rental Terms

Departures: 12pm-4pm Monday-Saturday

Returns: 8am-12pm Monday-Sunday (4 hours prior to the time you picked up at)

Reservation: Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license. All rental fees due 14-days prior to departure. Depending on the value of the unit, a security deposit of $500-$5,000 is required to guarantee your reservation. Due to ever changing inventory or unforeseen circumstances substitutions may be necessary.

Cancellations: 30 days or more prior to pick up, $200 handling fee. 29 to 15 days, $500 reservation deposit forfeited, 14-0 days forfeit security deposit and rental fees.

Deposit refunds: Within 21 working days following your return date, provided there are no parking tickets or fast lane violations and returned on time in the same condition as departure.

Additional Fees:
Prep: $80.00 (May 1st - September 30th) - $180.00 (October 1st - April 30th)
Mandatory Insurance: $29.95 per day
Mileage: 100 miles free per day - additional 200 miles per day @ $0.28 per mile prepaid - over 300 miles per day @ $0.56 per mile prepaid (Mileage must be estimated before trip - no refund for unused mileage)
Sales Tax: 6.25% on Rental Fee and Additional Mileage
Generator Hours: 2 free hours per day - $3.00 per hour after free hours (paid for at end of trip)
Pet Fee: $200/pet
